My cat is very little turds in the house?

I have a cat named Kit Kat 5 years, it was a parasite and it only took a few months before. When I took him to the vet, got a clean bill of health. It will continue to piss and shit in the garbage, but recently I was little turds (Milk Dud size) around of the house. Sometimes times are hard and soft. Is it some thing, I'd be worried? Please help! Thank you!

I bring an abuser, and shave the bum and stomach area (Matts gets there, sometimes) and it woks fine. you can try yourself with a trimmer, but his beard of a sensitive area and should be a very relaxed cat. good luck.
